4 years later and still waiting for Will to keep his word.nnI received Will's name from a friend. Due to that relationship I decided to Hire Lawson Enterprises to replace half my driveway and a large 3rd car pad also be poured. This was not an inexpensive venture. The finish of the concrete and the clean up after was less than desirable. The two slabs directly in front of my garage cracked within two months (they were already cracked prior to this replacement and this was the only reason they were replaced). I called Will directly after the cracking and we spoke a handful of times. He promised he would take care of it. That was 3 years ago. I've tried to make contact every year since twice a year. I can't get a call back, text back or an email.nnIf I could give 0 stars that would be a more appropriate rating.nnPS. It won't do any good to reach out to Will via Facebook. Once you post something he doesn't like he just removes it and blocks you. Not what I expected when I hired him to do the job but live and learn.

I can't get a callback for my warranty work. Will and his crew did a great job. They were polite, cleaned up the job site & Will even came out to the house on Sunday to finish up before a prior to a snow storm so we could park on the new drive instead of the street. That was back in March of 2017. The complaint I have is simple and as follows..... It is September 21st, 2017 an I have been told on 3 occasions that the crew would be here tomorrow to fix a crack in the new concrete where it has settled and broken off on a corner of the driveway. They were also going to finish cutting an expansion joint they forgot on the sidewalk............. So far nobody has been here and now I get no return phone calls. Not a good way to run a business! Especially one that relies on referrals from past customers. They need to finish the job as promised and I don't see that in my future.

Lawson Enterprises striped the parking lot at the store that I manage, Ace in Beaverdale. They were great to work with, and reasonably priced. They got the work done in a timely manner, and it was a great experience overall!
