have been trying to reach someone in the Health facilities division for over 10 days now. I am ALWAYS directed to leave a message, but no one calls back. Today I stayed on the line as the recording said to stay on the line and someone would assist me, but after 9 rings, you just get a busy signal. Not very good for a State of Iowa Government Agency!!!!

I loved working with the people in the DIA. We were all a family and treated each other as such. The work was interesting and taught me a lot about people and medical information.
