Calling them is a waste of time. Nobody seems to know anything and i was given 4 different numbers before finally reaching someone that knew a little information i was looking for. The website won't allow me to create a password. I tried 10 times before calling it quits. Definitely needs work.

They are very sloppy and unprofessional as a worker and someone who actually pays toward this instead of living off the people that support this stuff I’d expect I’d at least get a call back after the 6th time. So they leave people in need to hang high and dry at the end. But hey I guess I’m not gummy enough to get free stuff huh!?!?
