The whole process of filling a complaint, was nothing but a joke. They take way over the allotted time for an investigation. Mr. Lopes-Sanders was the only person that was great to deal with. The investigator had no clue as to what she was doing. Overall it was pathetic. I would give a zero if I could.
Don't expect any help from them.
At first it's it appeared that McDonald's had paid off the Civil Rights Commission to somehow deny my right to mediation for the violation that occurred at the McDonald's in West Des Moines however after speaking with Ramona I was able to fax in a supporting document but I forgot to send with my initial complaint and hopefully due to the fact that McDonald's submitted a video clearly showing a man pointing towards the door asking me to leave before I run to a bathroom just completely ignoring him as I knew he was asking for illegal documentation under the ada.gov guidelines I should never have to show anybody my prescription for my service dog and it clearly states that he does not have to wear a vest if it interferes with his ability to complete his tasks for me I have pictures of the rashes and as my dog is a husky Pyrenees it makes it nearly impossible to keep him cool in the summer especially while wearing extra 'identifiers'
