Our one and only experience with this shop was dropping off a necklace to have the clasp repaired. I recommend getting a written estimate before leaving your jewelry here. We didn’t (nor did they offer one when we dropped off our jewelry repair) and learned our lesson. I had no choice but to pay or leave without my necklace.

I love My Jewelers! I have purchased two beautiful necklaces from this store and recently recieved a custom made butterfly necklace that is a true masterpiece. It is beautifully made gold butterfly with a large center stone of violet Opal with brilliant fire. The Owner, Ty, made it with such care and artistry, only a gifted craftsman could make such a work of art! Ty is blessed with a talent for jewelry making and also intuition from God about how to customize each piece for the wearer.

Tyler is AMAZING! I brought in a diamond ring that needed to be sized up. He gave me a quote and even though the price of gold kept going up and he had to add more gold than anticipated he stuck to the quote and did a wonderful job. I've already referred someone else to My Jewelers and I'll be bringing in another diamond ring that needs to be sized down. He also spent two days trying to remove a link from a complicated mens bracelet; going so far as to create a "new tool" to help in fixing it. Amazing, service. My Jewelers is our new go to Jewelry shop in Henderson! Thanks for the great service!

Tyler has worked on multiple pieces of jewelry for me, and always delivered top quality results. I have referred multiple friends and coworkers to him already. It can be nerve wracking to trust someone with your expensive and sentimental jewelry, but i can rest assured that Tyler will value my jewelry as much as I do!
