I can’t understand why we have continual, financially impacting, issues with this place! They just can’t seem to understand that I have federal Insurance AND Tricare! Every single time we go to get a prescription they have neglected to run both of my insurances before charging me directly. When I question if they have used both companies I am always told they did. When I ask what they have in their system they usually “can’t find it” and stonewall me until I just pay for the meds we have to have and leave. This has cost my family a significant amount at this point. Today was the final straw, Medicap has permanently lost a customer and I will make sure to tell others the issues I have been consistently having for two years now.

As of 5/16/20 this pharmacy is not requiring it's techs to wear face-masks when working with the public. The tech that filled my order at the window required me to hold up my card while she leaned in, breathing on me, taking my CC #. This is unacceptable to me.
