Each housing authority is very different.. this one is not the best. Powesheik is serviced by one woman who does an amazing job with her caseload compared to this county with their amount of employees to cases.

I have found everyone within CIRHA to be nothing short of professional and fair. Any issues or concerns have been met with fair solutions. I am so fortunate and extremely thankful for having access to the HUD programs represented and managed through the CIRHA office. Thank you for all the help youve provided to me and my boys!

I'm am experiencing a very difficult time with staff at this location. I live in Ames Iowa went to meeting recently now they sent a letter that has nothing to do with me ? And very unorganized staff. Very unprofessional there is a number to call for discrimination act . I keep getting different answers after I waited for 1 year. There is a discrimination act policy number to check into about this place.
