Ordered hardwood flooring through a contractor through this company. Shawna, from Lockwood, ordered the wrong floor and between her and the contractor did everything they could to talk us into keeping this floor instead of working to get us the floor that we wanted. They offered compensation which we finally agreed to. Instead of paying us, they credited the contractor's account and we have yet to see a dime 5 months later. Shame on them for continuing to deal with this crook of a contractor and shame on them for not making it right with the actual customer. They made sure that money went right back into their pockets. Shawna, I hope you are ashamed of the way you and Lockwood Flooring have treated us.
