Corporate needs to take a look into the way their Manager Tami treats and talks to people, will be writing a letter to corporate as well. Totally rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. NOT how you treat customers.
I often take my friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are great and the stuff is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we have a pleasing evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.
Crew was very rude threatened to call police for no mask I can't wear one due to medical issues
I live around the corner and frequently shop in this Casey’s. Susan the “manager” has extremely poor customer service and instead of fixing her technical issues with the register she decided to argue with a customer when the machine was OBVIOUSLY not working. After that she was rude to an employee who was attempting to use her register to help other patrons as the line grew while Susan chose to be combative. Maybe she needs to revisit leadership training and customer service etiquette.
