So I had a piece of jewelry custom made by them.
The price was reasonable, The staff was always friendly and helpful.
The reason why I gave it 4 stars was that it took longer then I wanted it to take.
If you want a custom piece of jewelry from them I suggest you plan it out a month or two in advance.
They have a nice selection of things and I would recommend them.
Wonderful merchandise and fabulous customer service! JoAnn is very helpful, friendly and extremely nice! I had a ring made, two repaired and purchased another ring...their prices are competitive and they treat you like family...I highly recommend!
My 2.2 carat wedding ring broke from regular wear and tear. I was really sad to say the least. It needed some well needed love and care. I brought it to Prestige Jewelry at the Galleria Mall. The staff there, Susan and Ray at the desk are very cool and welcoming. Grant is the Jeweler there and I must say, he does great work for a great price! He does all his work in the store and you will get it back in a day or two. I would definitely recommend. I will be back again. :)
The girl there had a bad vibe the entire time. I went in to get my ring resized and i was very unsatisfied. My ring was silver when i brought it in and i expected it to look the same just more able to fit my finger. They destroyed and rusted the metal. And if that happened while resizing the ring then they should've fixed it. The girl with the attitude said it was just the metal. But they should have fixed it to look how it did when i brought it in. They were very unprofessional do not bring your jewlery to get fixed. They destroyed my ring that had such sentimental value to me. Don't recommend this place.
