Got my sons ears done six weeks ago today my neighbor got his done the next day and tomorrow we plan on coming there to get my nephews ears donešŸ˜ technicians did very well, weā€™re polite courteous and answered all of my questions; as well as accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone that would like a piercing professionally done and with all the necessary precautions as usual even now during COVID-19. I will suggest you get the cheap bottle of ear cleanser (The spray one runs out too soon and itā€™s just unnecessary and not enough), you need to run a Q-tip under the front part closest to your ear and behind it, again closest to your ear , with the solution twice a day and in six weeks youā€™ll be goldenšŸ’Æ

Customer service is great. Young Hispanic girl was amazing with me and my husband, she helped us find the perfect chain and pendant. My husband and I not speak English very well but she explained everything to us in Spanish I will Definitely be shopping there again
