Beware!! I would not use this business. It is almost April and our kitchen was supposed to be done in December. Georges incompetents is ridiculous. He lies if you can get him to even respond. Go somewhere else. The disappointment has made this whole situation stressful and very upsetting. We have no counter at this point and are out $2,600.00. The good reviews on this have to write by family or are fake there is no way this operation is legit.

They have not finish my project yet. But I already fall in love with my new kitchen! Good Price, Nice service. The most important thing is the beautiful cabinets and countertop!!

Great price and the great people to work with!!! My family just moved to Ankeny from New York. The house we bought is kinda old so we decide to remodel our kitchen. So glad I went with them. George is the person who I worked with. He came to our home and did the measurement same day we called him!!! SAME DAY!. Two days later we got the layout and the 3D pictures that we absolutely love!! Today, our kitchen remodel is officially done! and it only took us less than 4 weeks !!!!! What an amazing job!!! Highly recommend! Will upload photo later!.

NIGHTMARE!! They don’t even deserve 1 star. This operation is the worst. George the “manager” is incompetent. The owner, Lu Chen, from what I can gather, doesn’t speak English. Part of our cabinet order was delivered the week before Christmas. The installers couldn’t finish the job due to missing items. It is now January 23 and we are still waiting for the cabinets to be finished. We call and text George daily and he doesn’t respond. We have made repeated visits to the store front in Ankeny during posted business hours only to find it locked up. 5 of the cabinet doors that have been installed are cracking badly. We got lucky a couple of weeks ago and George was actually in and the store was unlocked. We told him about the cracking and he said it wasn’t his problem and we would have to file a claim with the factory. However, he wouldn’t give us the name of the “factory”. He also, at that time, said that the installers would be at our home on Jan 23 (today) to complete the install. No one showed up. We just drove an hour to the store in Ankeny for an explanation. Once again the store is locked. The website indicates that their cabinets are made in America. The boxes we received are clearly stamped Made in China. Also website advertises a 1 year warranty. George is refusing to honor that warranty. In the meantime, our kitchen remains unusable. We have no sink, no microwave, no oven, no stove and no countertops and several uninstalled cabinets sitting in our living room.

If I could give zero stars I would. Completely screwed by this place. Do not buy!! I repeat do not buy! We ordered cabinets back in early May. Got most of the cabinets and started installation late May. Thought everything was going well until - discovered wrong cabinet was ordered. A month goes by, George stated that he reordered wrong cabinet, then it was on back order, then he said he would go pick it up - all the while not really communicating. Finally got the cabinet in late August and then his contractor who was doing the installing for him - Russ who I also would never recommend states that he won't come finish the job because they don't work together anymore claiming that George owns his several thousands dollars. So we paid for cabinets and installation in May. We finally got tired of trying to get them to come back to finish, so My husband had to put together the last cabinet because it doesn't come assembled, install it himself and he will have to finish installing doors on remaining cabinets and put on paneling. Also got screwed out of crown molding and also we ordered one of the cabinets that was supposed to have trash cans cabinet, but it doesn't have insert or cans. Its September now, George won't answer my calls and it still isn't done. My husband is left to finish it and still trying to get it done between busy schedule. Horrible experience! If the price is too good, then likely it is too good to be true! Terrible business practices at this place, so buyer beware!!!
