Encore, specifically Wendy Snider, listened to what I wanted in a vacation and definitely delivered! She made several suggestions that met my criteria. Ultimately I chose one based on price. The resort was fantastic and I felt that Wendy personalized the entire trip, even down to choosing the best room possible!! The Swim Ups are worth the extra money and she got us one that had the best conveniences and views!!!nnI highly recommend that you call Wendy at Encore!!! - But wait until I get my next trip scheduled!
When my husband and I realized that not only did we have to plan our wedding, we also had to plan our honeymoon, we made the decision to look for a travel agent. In today's age of online bookings, we had never worked with a travel agent before and weren't sure that we would gain much. We were wrong.nnEncore listened to us about our vision of the perfect honeymoon and made it real. The mix of beautiful hotels, relaxation, and adventure made our honeymoon in Costa Rica exceed our expectations. We will be hiring them again!

Outstanding! Gave Hugh a budget, timeframe, and general wishlist of the types of places and things we wanted to do. Let him use his expertise to plan an initial itinerary complete with all transportation and everything. After a couple tweaks, we landed on the perfect 12 night European getaway. Not a single issue with all of the prearrangements during the trip. Really made the trip relaxing not having to worry about so much as a transfer. It was all taken care of! Hugh has connections at all travel destinations across the globe. Give him a try. You wont be sorry having a contact when the airlines mess up your flights!
