Despite having to wait for a sales associate before entering the store. Which is pretty normal considering the way things are now!
None the less, once we were being helped, the sales associate was very courteous and knowledgeable. She needed a little from the manager and did it gracefully while getting what we had already ordered online and paid for, while the manager helped us with another item. I was impressed with how well they treated us and in the process made another sale.
Today I had to find an item I bought a few years ago and Sam was amazing with helping me solve my dilemma. Awesome work! I will return.
Tony the manager took excellent care of me during my visit and gave me some great advice regarding obtaining a lifetime warranty. I really appreciate him. Thank you Tony!
Zales is great got my wedding ring from their with a warranty and it all came with a far price. That have rings for as low as $200 they are very reasonable i would ship their again
If I could give my experience no stars I would. I ordered my husband a ring for Father's Day on June 12th, I have yet to receive it and I have tried several times to find out when I will receive it and they can't tell me where my order is let alone when I will actually receive my order. This is so disappointing because I thought I was ordering from a reputable company since they have been around for years. At this point I wouldn't recommend Zales to anyone who wants to receive they're merchandise in a timely fashion.
They had already scheduled their delivery date out 3 weeks to count for Covid situations so I definitely feel like I should have had my order or in the very least tell me when. A big thumbs down Zales.
