I absolutely love everything about this community! The apartments are gorgeous and have the nice high-end finishes. Touring was a nice surprise as I didn't know about some of the community spaces the building has since it wasn't shown on the website. The people here are welcoming and it's a very dog-friendly community. Even with limitations because of the pandemic, the leasing staff still goes out of their way to be helpful, answer questions and do small things for us residents. It all adds up! I'd highly recommend this community, everything is brand new, the value is superb for what you pay in rent and the proximity to both downtown areas AND Gray's Lake cannot be beat!

There is just no negative's about Linc. The location is perfect and close to everything downtown. The view from the rooftop club house and patio are the best in the city! The apartments are beautiful! The amenities are endless. The staff is second to none.
