Management is very friendly, helpful, and informative. A very nice place to live at a reasonable price. Would definitely reccomend.

If I could give VUE more than 5-stars, I would. I've visited as a guest on a few occasions and absolutely love, love, LOVE the rooftop patio. Fantastic views of the Des Moines skyline and such a great atmosphere. I can't wait until my lease is up to move-in!

Many apartment in Des Moines are owned by corporations. It's the managers and people that make the Vue special. I have lived here for over a year now and am very pleased overall. I do not think you will get the best square footage per dollar anywhere else downtown. They have one of the few underground garage that is heated during the winter around here. Jose is great and works very hard to help the apartments going. My dog loves seeing Jose. Scott has been great to work with and is very attentive to the needs of the residents. For instance, my car wouldn't start and Scott helped me out.nnOccasionally there are residents (and their friends) who will disrupt the night and leave out beer cans. But in general there are many working professionals here so for the most part it is quiet. The Vue is close enough to downtown but just far enough to stray from the traffic and noise. The prices are comparable to similar sized apartments downtown. I don't have many good things to say about Hubbell overall as a corporation. But they are lucky to have such great employees who genuinely care for the residents.

These apartments are gorgeous, the amenities are nice, and the staff go above and beyond for the residents!nnNot to mention, the VIEWS! I love hanging on the rooftop with friends, visiting the dog park, and taking in the wraparound views.

If I could put 0 I would. this place has been an absolute nightmare. I would run out of characters if I were to list each and every thing this place has done to make my life difficult and the living situation to be as awful as it was. I went in two months ago to sign my papers not to renew and my notice to vacate because I of course would never want to live at this place a second longer, and because my roommate didn’t sign her papers they are charging ME a full months rent plus late fees even though my lease was over days ago. I am being penalized because I can’t force my adult roommate to sign her papers even though I did all I needed to before the lease was up, but they took it upon themselves to continue charging me. so my lease at Vue is finally over but they made their own choice to make me keep paying. I’ve lived in many complexes and dealt with many people but this is by far THE WORST.
