I’m very happy with my Purchase I went to Kay jewelry before I went to Daniel and I found some earrings for my sons birthday and I thought $600 OK these are not bad for some earrings and then she told me the diamond was real but the back of the hearing was silver I was like no way so I went to Daniels and I spoke to Milagros she was very helpful took her time with me I found my son some earrings the cost say two times the amount But they are real any questions you have even if you want to test their gold are diamonds you can Milagros is very nice she takes her time she doesn’t try to rush you she listens to what you have to say She doesn’t give you that pressure or that feeling I’m uncomfortableness she’s amazing very nice I’m happy that I went to Daniel‘s jewelry and I’m happy that Milagros helped me and my son was very happy with his birthday gift out of everybody who works in that jewelry store nobody says hi nothing Milagros is very friendly she’s the only person who’s hi how are you she treats you like a person not like oh my gosh it’s just somebody else looking through the glass again no she’s quick to be like can I help you with anything She is just very kind and helpful we love you Milagros we will continue to go to you

Matthew is an all star! Great customer service and he really works hard at helping you locate the perfect jewelry for your needs. It is very competitive in the marketplace but Daniel's seems to be a cut above the others. Repeat client already in one month. Go see Matt!

Well I literally just got done making my final payment on a financed watch and chain. That’s the reason for the such low score. When I originally made the purchase I was told by Jose, that’s works in the Galleria Mall location, no interest for 12 months ( purchase made in July of 2019). At first no interest was being charged or atleast I thought. Automatic payments were set up. I got my statement for April $389 was the remaining balance. When I called to pay the balance off, now it’s $456. When asked why the different, I was told it was due to the interest. Almost a $75 in interest okay. Never again. I closed my account.

My first time here was great. We walked back and fourth if just looking until I fell in love with a ring that was here. I will shop here again soon.

MILAGROS LIED TO ME. The credit card that She make me to apply for is like a temporary credit card (The Worst). After my other review now when I go to the store She never say hi or anything even that I am a Daniels Member. Also Daniels financial took an extra payment from my bank account and now they have extra 25 dollars from me that I haven’t received back. Jewelry is very good, price is little hight but it is ok. My concern is about the store manager her name is Milagros, she is so rude, not clear at all. Milagros always look you with a face like if she were lying. I feel so offended right now because they ask for job information but they never said that they are going to call to you work, I think this is a violation of your privacy. Then I asked Milagros how to access to the Daniels account to pay and even that she is the manager she provided me the wrong information (very unprofessional and unable to perform her job duties) It was a very uncomfortable experience so I will make sure that nobody in my family and friends go to Daniels because my experience. Milagros also act like mad to respond questions probably because she is not prepared to understand customers concerns or maybe her poor customer service skills. I will make sure to report to Federal Trade Commition that this store is offering some kind of financial options without given explanation to the customers and when you ask for explanation they refuse until the point to get mad. Don’t go there please if you don’t want to give a turn to your day even if you feel like nothing is going to get you upset, this lady (Milagros) will achieve it.
