I switched from a very large pharmacy to this pharmacy about 7 years ago and I haven't looked back! When I called, the pharmacist handled everything and I didn't even have to tell my previous pharmacy I was leaving they handled everything for my entire family! Since then we have received nothing but the best advice and care. When I walk in, I am greeted by name and am not treated like a number. I feel like I am visiting family! Anytime I call with a question the staff are always very knowledgeable and quick to answer. We are always in and out when we come to pick up prescriptions as well. It has never been more than a 10 minute wait when I walk in with a paper prescription! THIS IS, BY FAR, THE BEST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Make the switch now! You won't regret it!

Just moved over near that side of town so I switched pharmacies. I have to say this is the best medicap i've been too! Super professional and they remembered my face the 3rd time I went! Haha, makes you feel special :). Super quick and communication is a 10

The Medicap pharmacy on Beaver Avenue is literally the best pharmacy I've EVER been to! They are always super informative and friendly...and go above and beyond in terms of customer service. I have Graves Disease and have to take a lot of different meds because of it; and this is the 1st pharmacy I've ever been to where the pharmacists and pharmacy techs actually care and give each person the attention, care, and info they need! A++++ service! I will never switch pharmacies!

We just switched pharmacies within the last two months to this pharmacy. In this short time we have experienced excellent service with the Medicap in Beaverdale. They have gone out of their way multiple times to serve our family's needs. I would highly recommend them especially if you have children with special medical needs. The pharmacist could have easily given us a med a certain way but went out of her way to order a different dosing container that would fit our needs better. Thank you for going above and beyond.
