This is seriously one of the best clinics I have ever been in. Customer service and care is not about where it's at, but the amount of consideration and compassion people show to one another. The providers and all of the staff are amazing. Each and every one of them are compassionate and sincerely care about me as a person. I have never seen any negative attitudes or rude behavior in the years I have been here. Each and every one of the staff does their best even when their days aren't the greatest. The providers spend ample time talking with you and getting to know you on a personal level. I have never experienced this anywhere I have been, and they always do their best to answer all of my questions. I love this clinic, and I am honored to call it the home of my primary care provider.

ARNP Baylee Davidson is the best. She did what years of therapy and the VA couldn’t do! Turned my life around. Made me able to live life again. Highlyy recommend her to all vets and people in general! She’s great and very smart and knowledgeable.

This place is awful, and borderline if not outright neglectful. I have been having asthma issues, so I went in for a specialist recommendation because of my positive rapport with my PCP. The office insisted upon making the appointment for me. Which would be fine, then after over a month, I have yet to receive a call back - this is after multiple calls to their office to remind them that I can't breathe, and it's an urgent matter, and asking for the information so that I can just make the appointments myself. Then when I did find a specialist myself (still no call back, still can't breathe), they stated that I would have to sign a form and be charged for the medical records. Which makes no sense because that was the point of my initial visit, and I could have signed the forms at the office with my aforementioned appointment.

More times then not the office staff is rude and not friendly. On the phone and in person, no compassion at all. I sat in the room for a hour because the doctor was busy chit chatting for over 30 mins about Christmas and the hawkeyes in the room next to me. Glad you are friendly but I don't want to sit here for over an hour.
