tight parking spaces not ideal for larger vehicles, price per hour was expensive compared to local parking garages.

I park my car here. I wish it was not $120 a month, but outside of the cost, I am very happy with it. Well lit, elevators run smoothly and getting out of the ramp is always easy. If you need somewhere to park in the East Village, give them a try.

Do not park here, they will send you ludicrous bills which you do not owe. They will threaten to send to collections. Floyd the “operations specialist” will be extremely arrogant and dismissive when speaking to you. I will be taking them to small-claims court.

Impossible to contact. Have tried about 10 time over the past 3 months to get a spot and they never reply. Guess I'll take my money elsewhere.
