Ordered online for delivery. The website is great and the food was good. Delivered within 30 minutes and driver was pleasant. Would've gave 5 stars, but the French bread was dried out and hard to chew.

Order here pretty regularly because the staff makes some great sandwiches but it regularly takes 1+ hour for a sandwich and chips to be delivered. As far as 'freaky fast' standards go this location is lacking but the sandwiches hit JJ's standard just would recommend takeout rather than delivery at this location.

The employees at this location regularly park in the alley behind the building where there is a choke point. They routinely block traffic flow with no regard for people live in the building next to them. The parking location is clearly marked with 2 No Parking signs. I have made repeated calls to their corporate office and the brand level itself. It appears to me that they either don’t care or unable to get control of their employees to follow even the most basic of civil laws. Normally reviews are saved for products or services. but in this case I feel it necessary to use all avenues of social media to influence the management and/or ownership to take correct of action and be good neighbors because some of us live in operate every day in this neighborhood. Blocking the street and creating a safety hazard out of pure laziness is just shameful and hard to understand. There is sufficient parking close by and they should use it.
