Before, there are NO managers on the floor EVER. I've shopped at forever 21 stores all over the country, and this never seems to be the case. Even at Fashion Show and Summerlin shops, managers are walking around, taking to customers, making sure everything is going well. At this particular store, I noticed ONE manager name Martha CONSTANTLY on her phone never says hi. She always in a bad mood. Being a regional VP of a Fortune 500 myself, I can tell you it's disappointing, and I'm not sure how Forever 21 allows that behavior. This store is a huge turn around, the staff are much more friendlier NEW managers were very helpful especially May and Angie. Morning staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful. They help me found my dinner dress last minute. I recommend this stores than other stores in town. Shop in the mornings with the girls, where they actually work and make your day. Thank you morning team May, Angie! You always bring a smile to my face, that's great customer service! Thank you again.

Staff helped out and were easy to find. There is no semblance of order in the way they display and manage their items. Trying to find something you seen online is pretty much impossible.

This is a pretty good f21. Best part the employees are nice :) An these Holographic leggings rocks!
