I came in to do my laundry this morning and there was an issue with the app because of damage from a break in. When my card didn't run (due to the thief trying to get money from the machine) the manager, Dorothy made sure that I was able to get my laundry going. I also love the fact that on Tues-Thurs, the dryers are free from seven to seven. The customer service is fantastic and the laundry mat is always clean. I am a return customer for a reason.

Love that there are multiple large machines of different sizes. Most of the time I can do all my laundry in one machine. It’s clean (including the bathroom), quiet, and you can pay with your card, tokens, or quarters. Plus there’s soft water and I can use much less detergent in these machines than past washers. Much more efficient than the two tiny washers in my apartment building.nnThey claim you can do your laundry in 1 hour, but if you’re putting everything in one dryer, that’s most likely not going to happen. Overall happy I found this place.

I have been coming here for about 2 months. The first time I came in, I met the manager who was very nice, even gave me a laundry sack and change purse with the business logo on it. (great marketing idea) Here are some reasons why I will continue to come here: This place is as clean as it can be with people going in and out all day. Free dryers Tues.-Thurs. Good supply of laundry carts (I usually had to fight over them at other places due to limited supply). This place offers DexterPay. So I can pay using this app. No running around to get cash or having to carry around a bag of quarters. The DexterPay app notifies you when your machine is done. This place is also spacious.

We come in every week sometimes twice. We probably spend anywhere from $50-$60 a week. If not more. The customer service is always been great. The location has always been clean. We have a foster and adoptive license so we have a very huge family of 13. So coming to the laundromat and being able to utilize all the machines has been a great blessing for us. I love the fact that there’s a broom and dust pan here so that when I do come in and if it’s not clean I can take the opportunity to clean. We are very blessed to have the opportunity we have. And with regards to the broom and dust pan I love the fact that they’re also here because if we’re going to receive free drying on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays I believe that as customer should be willing to keep the location clean as well.
