I've had 3 wonderful experiences at this store! They really know what they're talking about and the fix for my bent wedding ring was not only inexpensive but FAST! The guy fixed it for us while we were still in the store, saving us from having to make another trip. They've also given us honest and valued feedback/advice about the work another jeweler did on the ring. This is now my go-to store for all future jewelry needs! I am very impressed with the expertise and service!

Herman's is the best. Wonderful quality and great affordable pricing! They made a very nice ring from one I brought in to duplicate, then I had it modified a bit. They really know their trade. They are the only jewelry store in the Des Moines area as far as I am concerned. Thank you to the whole staff.
