Experience has always been good except one time, I e been here many times. I was getting my tragus pierced, the piercer did the first side no problem but the second side was a different story. He was causing me so much pain my ears started ringing and I was about to pass out, this us not normal for me. He finally decided to wait until the owner came, he was on his way. Come to find out the first guy hadn't pierced it straight. The owner gave me my money back for all piercings I received that day which amounted to $120. So horrible turned into not so bad.

I have gotten most of my piercings done here and I have always been happy with the service I received. The staff is always very helpful, professional and fun.

i was really nervous to get my septum pierced and the staff was so nice! they quickly got everything set up for me with a good price! i loved it!

Ive been going to expo for over ten years the did my first piercing when i was 14. Now ive moved on to getting tattoos from the wonderful Jessica. Couldn't ask for a better or more understa dong artist.
