Just took my daughter and they were closed in the middle of the day. No sign. No warning. Nothing.

I got my ears pierced at Claire’s, And it was great the lady was nice and she talked me through what it would feel like she said it would barely hurt. She was right! My ears haven’t gotten infected once.. And they have been pierced for 3 months!!! So Claires thank you!!

The girl that worked there was very rude to me and when I told her what another employee had told me she said they lied. Very unprofessional and so very rude

The lady that was working on July 27th was very friendly and welcoming when people came in the door. She seemed quite busy putting things away but still took time to acknowledge people.
