The experience we had was truly remarkable. Bruce made it so comfortable to come in and work with him. Right away I felt that he had my best interest in mind and was willing and able to do anything I asked of him when designing our ring.nnAs if that wasn't enough, Bruce went above and beyond again a couple months after getting the ring when he fixed a little bend in the band and replaced a stone, free of charge.nnAbsolutely astounding service! We will 100% be going back for any of our jewelry needs!
My partner and I needed simple, last-minute rings for our ceremony and knew we probably couldn’t get them in time, but stopped in anyway to see if we could order rings for after our wedding. To our surprise, Bruce was able to accommodate our requests quickly and even made sure he got us the rings several days before the wedding. He was so professional and helpful and did great work with our rings. They are gorgeous, and we now have a favorite jewelry shop for all our future needs.
Mr. Owen was absolutely wonderful. He walked us through all of our options and made sure we were pleased with what we selected. Pick up was fast and easy. Both Mr. Owen and his son are incredibly friendly and easy to work with. I am positive I will be doing anniversary shopping here for years to come.
Bruce has helped our family design two custom rings and it has been a wonderful experience each time. The input he gives throughout the process is so valuable, and the quality of work is superior. We will be back for more in the future!
