We recently converted a wood-burning fireplace to a gas insert and had a wonderful experience working with Larry, Thomas and Michelle. They had great communication, competitive prices and quick, professional installation. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Chim Cherie again in the future.
They seemed to busy to help. The lady who I spoke with offered very little help. Then after waiting for 20min I spoke with the owner and he was uninterested in offering any help.
Called Chim Cherie to ask about inspecting a fireplace. The gentleman was very courteous and helpful, even though he suggested I needed a chimney sweep, and not an installer / renovator. He actually helped me a lot, even though I was not making use of Chim Cherie's services.
I just had the most amazing experience with Thomas and Heather from Chim Chim Cherie's House of Fireplaces. I was told two years ago by a service man from a major heating and cooling company that I would need to have a brand new direct vent gas fireplace. Thomas and Heather came in and Thomas cleaned my unit and got it working again all for just a service call! I will not be doing business with anyone but Chim Cherie regarding my fireplace from now on! These people are fabulous!
Converting my fireplace to a gas insert was a great investment and working with Chim Cherie was the best decision. The in home consultation allowed me to see what my replacement would look like and I was able to make adjustments that made the final result perfect! Crew did a nice job with installation and clean up. I love my new fireplace!
