Ran in here hoping they could remove some links from a necklace that I received for a gift. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and helpful to my needs. I was all taken care of in less than 5 minutes upon arriving and the best part of my visit was not even being charged for their service. Reminder that this product wasn’t even purchased from their store. Didn’t have a chance to look around but I definitely will do any jewelry shopping here in the future!
