I purchased a Nintendo 2ds XL from them and at the time of purchase I was not notified that there was a zero return policy. Three days after purchasing the system i attempted to return it for a refund and I see on the receipt that they do not offer refunds. I called the store and they confirmed this. My issue is that I was not told before I purchased the system that there was a zero return policy. If I knew about this ahead of time I would have purchased the item from a different retailer who would offer a return policy. I understand as a business it is their right to set their own return policy but they need to tell you what it is before you spend $100+ on their product. This has resulted in a terrible consumer experience and I will not be shopping here anymore as I am now out over $142 from this one transaction.
Good place to get comics, statues, figures. Also a good place to walk down nostalgic trip. Especially now with all the pokemon and yu gi oh cars coming back. Also good selection of video games you forgot you played when you were younger.
Hannah was very friendly and helpful when I was selling my various video games and a few accessories! I walked around the store while she was calculating the cost of the items and this place has about everything you can think of as far as video games, comics, records, cds, comics, collectibles, etc... Would recommend to anyone with an interest in those hobbies!! Thank you!
