Brow Beauty eyebrows threading

I got a gift certificate here for microblading.nnThat was mistake number one.. The current manager didn’t believe that I had a gift certificate for it when I called to see if I could make an appointment to have the service done. She called the OWNER who asked for pictures of my gift certificate as proof that I actually had one??nnNext after some back and forth we finally got an appointment set up. They evidently contract out the artist who comes in to do microblading.nnI sadly did not do my research and I was somewhat nervous. It’s essentially tattooing on your face right? Who wouldn’t be nervous?nnSo she goes right for it. Did a little measuring and told me that she had to cut the skin first and then put the numbing cream on??? So, needless to say it was pretty painful (upon further research this is NOT NORMAL and they should apply the numbing cream to the brows about 20 minutes BEFORE the artist cuts)nnWhile she is working on my brows it starts getting to be too painful and she can tell so she said she will do the touch up for free in 6 weeks to fix them as if she had already known that mistakes were made or she could not finish...nnWhen she was done she said don’t panic “you will hate your eyebrows the first week but after that you will love them”nnWell it’s now 3 weeks later, they are healed and you can VERY clearly see that there is no symmetry and the length/ thickness is not at all what I had expected. The cuts are randomly placed and do not look like natural brow strokes.nnMy husband spent $250 for microbladed eyebrows for me to STILL have to pencil them in daily to give them a more natural look than the microbladed look.nn10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I got eyelash extensions and they started coming of on the first day and she used NAIL SUPERGLUE to put them on, my eyes burn and hurt really bad. DO NOT GO THERE!

The new girl with long hair , her name is keny I really like it the service, this time I am very Happy, she did my eyebrows I love it the shape , no pain at all , also she does lashes as well I like to go there again and again coz she said she will be there forever now and I really love the way she done my brows.
