Joe was amazing in helping my husband and I to find our perfect first home. Pennie and her team did a tremendous job marketing and selling our home in Pleasant Hill. The home had become a long-term rental for us - with all the challenges that brings. Pennie helped with getting the home ready, working directly with the tenants to arrange photography and showings. We were able to let the process work and Pennie helped us secure a profitable sale price. We are no longer landlords with all those worries and concerns.
