Easy, well organized and have made our safety a priority. They are to be commended. Observed excellent followup from staff to ensure all guidelines were met. Online scheduling was great! Went prepared and didn't set there and wait. Great Job!

It's never fun having to go to the DOT especially during the restrictions caused by covid-19. While at the driver's license station my time went by a lot quicker than it usually does, the complexity that it took to make an appointment just to get a piece of paper that I needed was extremely inconvenient. We really need to figure out how to get back to normal and a more efficient process. Hopefully my next time at the DOT will go better than this did.nnI should add that I thought I could simply call and have this particular form mailed out to me but I waited a total of 80 minutes over the extent of two phone calls prior to getting some advice to just simply go in and have an appointment but was nervous because a lot of the appointments look like they were a month out until I looked in the evening and saw some appointments available the next day. This is the source of my frustration.

appointments are a great idea. I think you should keep it up even when the covid-19 is over. great service.
