Window World of Des Moines

I had the windows replaced in my home 5 years ago. The quality has been good and I love the ease to clean. I had a minor issue with one after cleaning, called and received prompt professional service. The service man (Les Douglas) noticed my door wouldn’t latch. Not only did he repair the window, he fixed the door!nI can’t say enough positive things about Window World. Highly recommend.

My wife and I wanted to replace three windows in our basement. We were in the process of finishing the basement and did not want to move in further in the process until we had the windows replaced. We spoke to a few different contractors and non of them wanted to wanted to replace windows in the foundation. So we decided to contact a company that specializes in windows thinking that they would be able to help. I called Windows World because I had heard of them. I had not been referred to them so I was not sure what to expect. Zachary came out and gave me the rundown of what they could do and what options I had. This was early on in the pandemic and he was respectful and maintained an appropriate social distance while he was in our home. He was friendly, answered all of our questions. Sometimes he answered them before we even had a chance to ask. He was thorough and professional and there was no-pressure from him in the process. Someone came out to measure the window opening (didn’t catch his name) and he was quick and out of the way. Once the order was placed we had to wait until the windows were built and delivered to them before we could schedule. Once they were ready we were on the schedule for the following week.nnOn installation day, the crew showed up exactly when they said they would. Derek came to the door, was very polite and I walked him to the windows so he could see where they would be working. He told me that there would be a couple of additional people joining him shortly. By lunch time they had the windows installed. They had some additional trim work to do on the afternoon but came to let me know that they would be heading out to lunch and would finish when they returned. After lunch they wrapped up the worm quickly. I signed the invoice and paid the balance and they were gone. The were fantastic. Place was cleaned up perfectly and they were gone. The best part of the whole project was not how great they were to work with at every stage. The best part was the windows. The final product was way better than I thought it would be. We are thrilled to death with the way it looks and would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs windows replaced.

ZDR construction did an amazing job with my window installation thru window world! Quick, friendly, efficient, and left no mess. I would recommend ZDR to anyone who needs new windows. Great father son team.

Les Douglas did a superb job adjusting my windows, and also replacing a few parts! He was kind and courteous, as well as respectful! I only wish more repair persons were like him! Please give him a raise for the fantastic work he is doing, representing Window World! Thank you!

Window world replaced 6 windows of various sizes. Honestly, there was an issue. However, the people stand behind their products and their workmanship. They came and fixed it. I love the windows. They are beautiful and easy to clean. Thank you for the wonderful view.
