Complete Travel Services

We booked a flight and cruise through this agency. If there was a way to mess it up, they messed it up. We provided accurate info to the agent, but our tickets came back with wrong first names and last names, wrong birthdates (date and year), wrong passport numbers, wrong expiration date. These errors are significant because TSA requires your ticket to match your ID. We had many other problems with their services. It was very disappointing since I feel we paid a premium for the services of a professional agent.

Rick worked hard to get us a great deal on a trip to Hawaii. Did not feel pressured to book but wanted to because Rick made it such a pleasure and really worked hard to make it inside our budget.

We used this company to plan our vacation. Needless to say it ended up being a mess. I thought by using a travel agency it would take the stress off me for not having to plan it and now I wish I would've done it myself. Things for the trip were not explained and I paid for things that we didn't know how to use. I even had to call the agency when we landed because we weren't sure how to get from point A to B. The flights were terrible I had paid alot of money for the flights therefore assuming we would have good seats but nope we sat at the back next to the toliet. No one told me that I could upgrade til the way home but for as much as I paid I should never have been in the back that far. Got home to tell the agency the problems and how they need to fix it and I was screamed at and was treated like I was dumb and didn't know what I was doing. I hadn't flown in over 20 years and things change..as far as I am concerned I used there agency in which they get benefits from people using them so then the agencies friends and family can travel or stay somewhere for free. I made them fully aware that I was diasbled and didn't completely understand the terms and was treated like trash. As far as I am concerned I was taken advantage of and no reimbursement planned for our inconvenience. I would never refer anyone to this business as they are only in it for themselves and not for there clients to have a great experience.this business has horrible customer service and once you pay them beware because if anything goes wrong dont expect any help from them all they care about is being paid not what is best for there clients or for there clients to have the best vacation they can. A word of advice if you are disabled like myself make sure you tell them and make sure that no matter what you do you have the necessities to enjoy your vacation because I never did.
