My wife and I bought a home nearly 10 years ago using Kathy as a realtor and I can’t believe she hasn’t cleaned up her ways of doing things.nThe other reviews are accurate, she’s fine at first but then just falls off the face of the planet when it comes time to close the deal.nShe didn’t even show up to our closing.nPretty unprofessional.nWould avoid her like the plague.

Please be aware of this realtor. She will try and take short cuts at every possible situation including not finishing the purchase agreement list. This realtor will try and take the cheapest way possible and hope you don’t notice things are not being done the right way. If you come across this seller I do advise to find someone else this was my first home buying experience and if it wasn’t for my agent it been a complete nightmare. This seller is extremely hard to work with and has little to no communication for answering questions back and forth about a property be advised

My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with the selling agent that comes from this Remax. She refused to answer her phone the day of closing and she did not complete the agreed upon items included in the purchase agreement.nnOn the day of closing we had no other option but to close due to other circumstances however the integrity of this agent is highly questioned. For our first home buying experience she made it very unpleasant and many tears were shed from her lack of professionalism.

Kathy is our buying and selling agent. She was great in the beginning, answered phone calls and text messages very quickly, got us into every house we wanted to see very quickly. Once we made an offer on our home it all went south, we have left multiple voice mails and text messages and have not heard from Kathy since end of April. We closed on our new home on 4/26, we had a hard time even scheduling a final walk thru on our new home, we had to contact the selling agent to set something up. We had the selling agents firm calling us threating to sue us for not having all paperwork done and our agent did not return phone calls. I called Kathy with no return call and then texted her to call me due to the threats to sue on 4/26 and still to this day we have not heard back from her. We working with the lawyers office and the selling agent to get everything finalized to close on the new home. Here we are 3 days from selling our townhome with her and we still can not get ahold of her, left a voicemail Thursday or Friday last week, advised we had a few questions and no answer. I would just think twice before putting her sign in your yard.

Doesn't return phone calls. Very bad experience with Kathy Kidd.
