I lived here while in college and upon moving back to town I decided this was the best fit again. Been here almost 5 years now and the only issue I've ever had was with my washer that was fixed in a timely manner. Love the amenities provided with the apartments such as having a pool to relax at and great newly remodeled clubhouse inside for use. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful as well.

I have lived at woodland reserve for over 2 years now and love it. The apartment is clean and spacious and any maintenance issues are taken care of right away. I was in the hospital for a while last summer and the staff truly went above and beyond making sure my apartment was taken care of, my family had access to my things, and even offered to help me with taking trash out or helping with my dog when I got out. They have made this community feel like home. Shout out to Jen at the front desk. That girl is the bomb.com

I have lived here for a year and a half and it’s been amazing!! It’s super quiet, great for the price, maintenance comes within 24 hours of the request, you can always reach someone and the staff is super friendly!! Such a great place to live!!

These apartments are very nice, the employees are very friendly and helpful. When something needs fixed they don’t hesitant to help in a timely matter. Very well maintenance. Would highly recommend

Woodland reserve gives you a great price, great amount of amenities, and lots of space! They have been great to work with for leasing and maintenance. I would recommend anyone looking to move to Ankeny to check them out!
