Was a nice place. But make sure you have good roommates. Two roommates had a fight and one left leaving us with her cats stench and broken amenities that we had to pay for. Don’t think it’s right we have to pay for her cats mess.

Love the amenities and great service! Apartment is well laid out with nice sized rooms. Really enjoy my fireplace!!

With the cost of living on the constant rise, living here makes it hard to move anywhere else. FREE water, garbage, sewer, cable, internet, heated underground garage is awesome for Iowa's freezings temps. Don't get me started on the great appliances that just make living here that much better. Yes apartment living can suck, but Tradition Pointe most def has all the positives for apartment living.

They are super helpful and very quick to reply to any questions I have. It's a little inconvenient that the office is a 12 minute drive away, but it's doable. They keep the building very clean. The one complaint I do have is that the walls are pretty thin and I can hear my neighbors frequently. I can make out what they are saying. Also, I would much rather have only one sliding door to the balcony as noise passes right through the door in our bedroom. This apartment was the perfect location for us while we are attending DMACC.

Extremely noisy apartment. I can hear all footsteps upstairs, even conversations.
