If you are like me, you read a ton of reviews before you decide on something important. I was looking to turn my house during the holiday season so that I could move 1k miles for a new job. So, I started to research realtors that sell many houses at close to asking price. I narrowed my search down and finally contacted Rachel and Tim's team based on the data I could gather.nLet me tell you, great choice. From the first email and even after closing the experience was great. Their entire team worked quite hard to get the house moved. The photos were so well done, I was told that the pictures made them put the house on the viewing list.nDuring the showing process, I was kept abreast with feedback from the prospective buyers to help me better show the house. That was greatly appreciated.nOnce the house went pending, the team followed up all the emails with text or calls to help keep me on target because I did not want to be the reason the closing did not happen on time.nAfter the sale, the team continued to support, as I was out of state for the closing process. If I return to Ankeny, they will be my first call to help me find a house if they are half as good as they were helping me sell.nDid I mention they got me full asking price without a negotiation?
