I am writing this review to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT / THANK YOU to Redwood Ankeny and especially to Tabatha and Chad. I lived at Redwood Ankeny for 15 months and completely enjoyed living there. There were several things I needed when I moved into Redwood Ankeny….a safe location, a friendly environment, and a new place to call home. Redwood Ankeny exceeded all my expectations!!nnIn addition, the Redwood Ankeny duo, (Tabatha and Chad) are FANTASTIC!! I cannot say enough good things about both of them!!nnChad is Mr. Fix it and gets things done!! I only had a couple requests and he took care of them, quickly and efficiently! Each morning he is out in the neighborhood on patrol keeping the neighborhood clean and picking up whatever is laying around. I have enjoyed talking with him…Great Guy!!nnTabatha is a ROCKSTAR … her attention to detail, complete follow-up & follow through, energy & personality, care & concern for the residents of Redwood Ankeny, and overall professionalism is SECOND TO NONE!!nnTabatha and Chad are both OUTSTANDING representatives of/for Redwood Ankeny!!!!

Tabatha has been helpful detail oriented professional and very thorough. She genuinely cares for our family and wants the best for us moving into the Redwood community. I look forward to living there and the move-in was seamless, the apartment was very clean and I’ve been very impressed so far

I have enjoyed living here in the Redwood Community in Ankeny. I especially want to thank Tabatha for all of her work as our complex manager. She is very friendly, helpful, and responds to any concerns quickly.
