Charlene and Shawn were amazing!! With all the craziness with recent storms they made the process so smooth. The manager was even working after hours to help Charlene keep it going smooth. Will definitely stay here again!! Clean was clean and stocked. Pool was an amazing distraction from what was going on! Thanks again. Amazing staff!
I had a non- refundable reservation for 4 nights but had to leave early due to a death in the family. Shaun, the manager, was able to approve my refund through the 3rd party site and issue my Wyndham rewards points. The pool wasn’t open and no breakfast (which we didn’t know until we got there), but the rooms were clean. Hotel was quiet and service was excellent. Definitely recommend!
The desk clerk that checked us in was very accommodating, it was quick check in and absolutely no problems with the room. Extremely clean and extremely comfortable. Will be recommending and I will be staying again.
