This was a great stop over, was greated by Maddie when I arrived who was very sweet and welcoming. Room was clean and cool. Air fresher or cleaning products scent was heavy but pleasant, bed was a bit to firm for me but pillows were great! Morning front desk person was very nice and got me a coffee for the road
Room is very comfortable but wish the continental breakfast was little more options (but I understand for now with trying to keep everyone safe).
Stayed here on October 1. I'm a choice hotel member and I normally pay thru them but I was right by the hotel so I stayed there. The lady at the front desk made mistake and charged my card 3 times. I went to the front desk and spoke to the manager Deisy and I advised her what happened. Her response was she didn't see it on her end. She was very dismissive. I called choice that confirmed they saw 3 charges of 95.24 for my 1 night. Deisy lied to my face but if had not been for corporate the problem wouldn't have ever been resolved. I gave Deisy my phone number and ask if she could have her gm Andy Patel call me back because she said he was on vacation but he never called. Who knows if she ever gave him my number. I understand the lady that checked me in made a mistake but Deisy was extremely unprofessional and didn't to help me and quite frankly made the situation worse.
Really nice. Friendly staff.
Love this place,very clean, great service, family friendly will definitely be staying here again
