The staff was welcoming and friendly.
Rooms were clean. May seem odd but the bathroom sticks out the most. Seemed more like a bathroom in a house than a motel. The women at the front desk were all very polite. Highly recommend staying here
Stayed there for over a week.. AWESOME STAFF & AWESOME SERVICE I’VE HAD IN AWHILE! Definitely would recommend this place to everyone. Beds are comfy and their walk in shower is nice! Cancy their GM super nice and helpful!
The rooms are clean, comfortable and well kept. The staff was very friendly & accommodating throughout my stay. Lots of places great places to eat nearby, some with-in walking distance of the hotel. The hot breakfast in the morning was nice. This hotel has always been very consistent, which is why I stay at this hotel year after year.
I remember staying here a few weeks ago and the manager was just absolutely horrible. The hotel was terrible everything was gross. I would highly advise not staying at this hotel if you are going to be in the Des Moines area for any sort of traveling.
