I occasionally ship packages to my elderly family and the staff is always courteous helpful and friendly ! Can’t thank them enough for their help .

I have a local business client who in 5 years has not had a single package delivered without a request for re delivery. I have stood in this clients office as carriers have posted the sorry we missed you notice on their mirrored glass door without even knocking or trying the door. Those are the good ones normally they just stick it in the mailbox and drive awa .

Constantly is messing up package deliveries and is hard to get a hold of but when contacted about a mess up they are super rude!!
