Poor service with billing ,called twice now and then they turned it off , finally maybe they'll get it right but only after they take another 50 bucks .nBeautiful city , treible service on billing

Multiple calls attempted and they never get through. Very difficult customer service, i just would like to pay my water bill.

Poor communication with the customers. Lack of documentation for particular cases and instruction. If you live in Ankeny, I feel sorry that you deal with this office.

I wish I have option to put 0 star. Currently my house is on sell and left my house empty and I am not using even single droop of water but my bill come up of $ 86 dollars! How fair this service is?
