HyVee is a friendly Midwest grocery store chain. They typically have the freshest produce of anu grocery store, and the best selection. Their focus may not always be on the lowest prices, but they have a better selection and higher quality product than some cheaper stores. They're not overpriced, just maybe not the lowest. I find them to be a good value for quality and money. Staff is always friendly!

First time at the Ankeny store and managers & employees were all extremely kind & helpful. I was shopping for a client & not familiar with the store layout,. Thanks to all management & every employees help, it made my shopping experience stress free. Many thanks to all of those who were so kind & extremely helpful & patient helping me locate items in the store, making it possible for me to complete my clients order, who was also very understanding and patient! Thanks again to all of you!

Always really nice at this location and my order is always correct. They also have everything I order. Which I know isn't their fault, but it makes me happy that I don't have all substitution s on my grocery order! :)

Always a helpful smile in every isle. Just kidding but definitely one of my favorite grocery stores. Always a good price and selection. We also enjoy the online shopping options and the ability to drive up and head out in no time.
