So I moved out of town and was nowhere close to a Greenberg’s. I called one location and was told to go to love story (who they partner with) and find a jeweler near me who partners with them. It didn’t work. The. I called the Ankeny location and got the pleasure of talking to Tasha. Tasha was AMAZING. She helped me through the whole process to get my ring safely back to their store to be evaluated by their jeweler and fixed accordingly. She was so sweet and so so reassuring and responded in a very timely manner. So grateful and appreciative of her time and taking care my me and my ring that is so important to me.!!! Thanks Tasha!

I was in search of an engagement ring, and my experience at Greenberg’s was excellent. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and welcoming. She also worked extremely well with me to find the perfect diamond and band that I was after. They had a large variety of diamonds, bands, and rings to view that made it easy to narrow down the perfect fit for me.

Stopped into the Ankeny store last Friday to look for a wedding band for my upcoming wedding in September. I was on a time crunch trying to make sure I was able to order the ring in time. The reps I worked with were SO friendly and helpful! I was also trying to make some adjustments to my engagement ring and they were able to complete everything for me and it’s all going to be delivered on time for the wedding! Callie was so patient, helpful and sweet. She didn’t make me feel any pressure and didn’t try to up sell me on anything I didn’t want. I would highly recommend using Greenberg’s for any of your jewelry needs! :)

Very beautiful and clean store. Met with friendly environment right away. Went in to get my ring cleaned and walked out owning additional sets to my earrings. Love it!!! ud83dude0a
