Wasn't greated at the door. Women with short blonde hair asked how she could help with a bland attitude. Told her I needed to resize my engagement ring ( which I was super excited for) - she couldn't find the account by the phone number and by the end we still don't know under which number it is. No friendly conversation or anything just a cold awkward encounter. Then she just handed me the ring sizer mind you this is the first time Ive had to do this - she didn't explain how it worked or a good number to start with. Overall just didn't feel welcoming. The only good experience from a young man that was making conversation with us while she was taking pictures of the ring.
My fiance and I have worked with Josh to get our wedding bands and he is always so friendly and helpful!!
I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for a 15 day waiting period to get my ring back from being sized and having lose diamond already. Only have had it a couple months. The people are very nice , but if you spend that kind of money on a ring the least they could do is get it back to you in a week NOT 15 days later. Its ridiculous. I do love my ring and would love to have it back.
