I just had my first service with Fenix and I've been very impressed so far. Our sales girl was great! She explained everything very thoroughly and knew the product really well. We got our first service within 2 days of signing up. Grant was the technician and he was extremely polite and again explained everything he was doing. Everything was as expected. Very happy so far!
I highly recommend Fenix to all new build homeowners. We were not prepared for the bugs that came along with new developments and were lucky to find this service right away. Reps have all been very helpful in providing information and explanation. Scheduled service was right on time, professional and courteous. Very reasonable rates. Check them out!
I recommend Fenix Pest Control. There were voles in our yard and I haven't seen any since Fenix came out to set bait traps. I'm appreciative of the technician taking time to thoroughly explain all of the treatments and answer my questions. We signed up during promotional pricing and have been promised the same rates for as long as we are customers.
These days you can’t be sure of services coming door to door to sell. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and offered a package you couldn’t say no to. They were able to come the next to help take care of a hornets nest starting on our patio! Looking forward to seeing the results of their visits all year!
My technician, Tim, was punctual and easy to communicate with. He was complete and showed genuine interest in my concerns. Said he would be back in a month and to contact him with any further questions.
