They will scam you out of your security deposit!nnMake sure you document and take pictures!Also, have them go through with you with the inspection and nit pick every little thing because they WILL charge you for it in the end even if it wasn't your fault. I was charged for 10 hrs of cleaning, which is total bullcrap. Don't expect to see more and a quarter of what you put down. Never have I ever had my deposit kept for any reason. Such a terrible and greedy company.
